Pros

From my side, I had no trouble at all accessing the platform and finding the information I needed. It's so simple to navigate that even my eight year old could move around with almost no help.

Cons

Cost is relatively high compared to other similar platforms which makes it less cost effective. However, the pleasant experience of using it somewhat balances out the higher price.
