Pros
Personally, I like the user friendly dashboard where employees can easily log in and give their feedback. As an administrator, I find it very simple to create and schedule courses and the built in reports provide everything we need without extra effort.
Cons
Most of the features are useful. I think as of now there are no issues with Crewmetrix.
