Pros
Crowd Wisdom has immense potential to become an incredibly valuable and expansive Learning Management System (LMS), but only if you are willing to shell out substantial amounts of money to have the company handle it for you.
Cons
I have to say, the customer service provided through Crowd Wisdom is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered with any company. Unless you are willing to pay a hefty amount, they offer little to no support to their customers. It takes them a shocking 2 to 4 weeks to respond and address any changes or support requests. Moreover, their support site is rarely updated, and their promises of significant changes have yet to happen.
