Working through the virtual labs has been really enjoyable. They challenge me in a good way because I get hands-on practice and can actually see how everything is used, while also learning from many other IT courses on the platform.

I experienced that they automatically renew subscriptions without notifying customers and offer absolutely no refunds, nothing at all. Their main focus seems to be generating revenue, and they will do whatever it takes to take your money. It's really disheartening to see how desperate they are. It won't be long before word spreads among IT professionals, helping others steer clear of this deceptive company.

After using the product for just a week, I decided to discontinue and rely on textbooks and free online resources, which offered much more value. It is important to be cautious as they use sales tactics that can be deceiving. They automatically renew subscriptions and refuse to provide refunds or engage in meaningful customer support.
