Pros

The best thing about CypherWorx online training is its flexibility and ease of use. It's very easy to implement and quickly accessible. When I used the software, I found many modules that met my requirements. After completing the training, you get a reward. If you encounter any difficulties, their support is incredible. The best part of this software is its easy integration, which increases usage frequency.

Cons

Sometimes I think that it would be better or helpful if they provided video tips on how to complete the training process. As it is something that will make it more user-friendly.

Pros

CollaborNation staff provided great customer service and helped the company get an LMS up and running quickly. It was a full-service solution, so we did not have to spend time administering the LMS. Their online training courses have great content but do not stand out. The content serves its purpose and can be an effective, cost-efficient tool for upskilling your workforce.

Cons

As our needs grew, the inability to perform more administrative tasks sometimes slowed down our development. We could not upload or edit our courses which became cumbersome as our industry often has updates.

CypherWorx sometimes freezes and lags, especially when many users are in a single session. I am sure that will be resolved. Other than that, the content and training are excellent.

They keenly listen to user feedback and quickly implement any major or key improvement which ensures the product evolves to meet users changing needs and expectations.

I love the content of the CypherWorx Online Training courses, but I find some of them a bit long. I would like to see them broken into shorter modules so trainees can learn them in smaller chunks. This would make it easier to stay focused and retain the information.

I appreciate that CypherWorx integrates with my HRIS system as it allows me to assign training to employees as needed or let them initiate training on their own. Most other training systems are not as easy to navigate.

There are a lot of trainings to choose from which can be overwhelming for some. I think those who struggle with choosing what training they need should use the help of their leadership to gain insight into what they need.

During my internship as an HR executive, my trainer introduced me to CypherWorx software. It's the best tool for learning and growing. The best part is it has thousands of preloaded courses related to Human Resources. HR just has to share the course name with the employees, who then complete it and receive a reward certificate.

Cons

During the training, I noticed that when around 100 trainees opened a particular course at once, it started crashing. The server could not handle the request at that moment. This was the only aspect I disliked about the tool then.
