The interactive setup is great because I get to learn through both text and video. It keeps things interesting and makes the whole learning experience fun instead of boring.

I can't really think of anything negative to say about it. It's been fine for me.

Pros

The way the information is delivered in bite-sized chunks really works for me. Even tough concepts get broken down so they actually stick which is powerful but still easy to digest. On desktop, everything feels clean and simple and the interface never gets in the way. I haven't had to contact support myself since my company handles that part but I do like the daily login streak rewards, they keep me motivated to come back.

Cons

The multiple-choice questions are confusing since they focus on finding the "most correct" answer instead of just clear right or wrong ones. On top of that, the mobile app is frustratingly slow which really kills the convenience factor because I'd much rather use it on my phone. Honestly, I'd log in way more often if the mobile performance wasn't so sluggish. All that time I spend commuting five days a week could be used so much better if the app actually worked smoothly.

Honestly, working with this has been very easy. Everything feels natural and interactive and I actually enjoy logging in and using it every day.

Sometimes it felt a little too easy and lacked the challenge I was hoping for. That being said, I did appreciate how simple everything was.

Maybe it would be nice if it automatically removed former employees from our company directory but to be honest, I actually like having that connection. It helps me put faces to names which is very useful in such a big organization.

The learning process feels simple and easy to follow without being overwhelming. I like that it guides me step by step, tests my understanding and makes sure I can actually apply what I've learned. Having unlimited access time was amazing because I could go at my own pace with zero pressure. Being able to go back and review materials or questions whenever I wanted made a huge difference in how well I remembered everything.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind that I'd change about it. It does what I need it to.

It's awesome that I can log in from my phone or tablet whenever I want. Makes it really convenient to keep learning while I'm traveling or just have some downtime.

The only issue I've run into is that it doesn't offer other language options. That's the one thing I'd like to see added.

I've found it user-friendly and the functionality keeps me motivated. The courses have taught me so much and I love how my company customized it (we call it FOMify). Since it launched, I've been using it every day and managed to stay in the top 10 rankings for quite a while. It keeps me accountable and really puts my learning journey in my own hands. I like how it teaches responsibility and takes my education to the next level.

Cons

something I'd change is having a dark mode option on the site. Other than that, I don't really see any downsides.
