Excellent Customer Service

Pros

With DigiCast, I've had some of the best customer service from any software company. Feature by feature, it matched or even beat many enterprise training systems. It gave me confidence that my users, clients and staff could always get quick answers and solutions.

Cons

The software itself is really good for me but the pricing can make it difficult for smaller companies to achieve a strong return on investment.
