“Overly Complex for Basic Needs

Pros

I really love how easy it is to link important files and keep everything in one place. The direct linking feature makes it so much easier to organize documents and access them whenever I need to.

Cons

The file structure is way too vertical and it feels like I have to click through so many levels just to find what I need. Maybe we're not using it the right way but without a proper search feature, navigating everything feels really hectic and time-consuming.

“Promising features but poor usability

Pros

The upload capacity here is amazing! I can store tons of material without running into any limits. Plus, I can create mini websites with different documents organized across separate tabs and pages. It's like having my own hosting platform built right in and that's awesome.

Cons

Site design feels outdated, and the interface is difficult to use. I never receive alerts when new postings go up, which is really frustrating. Another issue is being unable to edit documents once they're posted or make any changes before printing.

“Decent tool but needs more updates

Pros

Having everything in one spot has been a game changer for me. I can quickly check my schedule, review the syllabus and submit assignments from home without any trouble.

Cons

The interface isn't very interactive. I struggled with it when I was a student and even now, I still hear the same complaints from interns about how hard it is to use.

Pros

It handles multiple file formats really well which is very convenient when uploading different types of documents. The security features are stronger than some other platforms I've used and it works great as a centralized hub for posting and accessing resources especially if you don't have any other options.

Cons

Finding the right page takes way too long and feels really difficult. The initial setup wasn't too bad but there were no clear instructions, so I ended up missing important steps. My coworkers kept forgetting to hit "publish" after making changes and that caused a lot of confusion and problems.
