Right away the name and overall look of the platform felt appealing. The process of building solutions for our global group is laid out in clear and understandable steps which makes everything easier to follow. I also really appreciate the constant innovation and the thoughtful updates that keep making the platform better.

Cons

The only real downside isn't with the platform itself. At times a user can be very rigid in their approach and decide the platform isn't working for them.
