“Frustrating feature layout”
Pros
The community focused concept is appealing and it works well as a learning product. It's also helpful that it can connect with other platforms.
Cons
The way the features are organized is frustrating and getting things done takes too many clicks.

“Best Modern Learning Platform with AI”
Pros
Really fast setup, AI course builder meant we could just upload our docs and add our website and had a full course in under and hour. AskAI and automations ended up saving 90% of new sales learner onboarding time

Tons of options and a bit overwhelming to start up

“smart curriculum building partner!”
Pros
Instead of getting stuck in the manual grind of building a course from scratch this platform lets me spend more time on actually transferring knowledge. Normally curriculum design starts with a blank page and a lot of piecing resources together by hand. Here I can build a platform-level knowledge base using my own videos, internal docs and selected URLs and the AI Agent turns those materials into a solid curriculum. One feature I really value is being able to switch live web search on alongside my own sources. That way the course still reflects my personal approach and expertise while also staying up to date with what is happening in the industry. It doesn't feel like a generic AI content tool at all, it feels more like a strategic thought partner that works with my domain knowledge instead of flattening it.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning difficulty when it comes to understanding how to organize the source library in a way that gets the best results from the AI. This isn't the kind of tool where you press one button and everything is instantly done. You still need to act as the architect of your own knowledge but this takes on a lot of the heavier work when it comes to the initial structure and first draft.

“Great platform for member learning”
Pros
For more than two years our organization has been using the platform and it has been an excellent fit for what we needed. We wanted an engaging digital space where our members could connect, learn and share with each other and it delivered exactly that. The regular feature updates and ongoing improvements have played a big part in why we've continued using it and confidently recommending it to others.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say about the platform.

“collaborative learning that shines!”
Pros
Has made it possible for us to build social learning experiences in a really smooth and efficient way. Rather than sticking to a one way instructor to student feedback model, it gives peers and colleagues the chance to learn from one another's feedback and grow together instead of working in isolation side by side.
Cons
One challenge is the lack of built in rubrics which makes formally grading student work a bit harder than it should be. I'd also really appreciate native HTML templates or more options in the backend content builder to make materials look more visually engaging.

“accessible learning ecosystem”
Pros
Having worked in eLearning since 2009 I've seen plenty of LMS platforms and this one genuinely stands out in the best way. My company creates solutions for corporate teams, academic institutions, government and nonprofits and since we're LMS agnostic I don't say that lightly. It is simple, well organized and actually enjoyable to use. It brings different tools and solutions together into one cohesive ecosystem in a way that feels thoughtful and polished. I first used it from the learner side and it immediately felt comfortable and well designed. The onboarding materials are clearly planned out and simple too which makes it much easier for even less tech savvy leaders to build highly functional courses events, learning communities, learning environments and integrations. It's a fun platform and users are going to love being in it.
Cons
I haven't run into any drawbacks at this point. Nothing has slowed me down or caused me to get stuck yet.

“good training delivery platform”
Pros
Getting our training delivery up and running with this software was incredibly easy and the platform has genuinely transformed how we deliver programs. The support team has also been outstanding, they've answered my questions and resolved issues quickly and efficiently even with the time zone difference.
Cons
There's not much I dislike about it. If I had to mention one thing I'd love to see more native integrations although Zapier makes that pretty manageable in the meantime.

“Constant downtime and repeated bugs”
Pros
Visually it is appealing, very user friendly and gives you plenty of customization options.
Cons
Biggest issue is that they keep releasing updates that clearly haven't been tested properly and the same problems keep happening again and again. It's exhausting and incredibly frustrating. Almost every month I end up getting a flood of complaints from my customers because some core feature suddenly breaks overnight. When that happens they can't use my product at all which is frustrating for them and for me. Usually the issue gets fixed after 48 to 72 hours but that still means 2 to 3 days of downtime for my customers. Then about a month later the exact same issue shows up again or sometimes it's a different bug causing the same kind of disruption. Based on my calculations the platform has around 10% downtime. I honestly don't know another service provider operating with only 90% uptime. That's a disaster. They promise a lot and fail to deliver. If you're running a serious business with paying customers I'd strongly recommend choosing a more mature platform. Right now they still feel like they're in beta and treating paying customers like testers even though we're being charged full price.

“customizable and user friendly”
Pros
Right away the platform feels very user friendly with navigation and customization options that make it adaptable to different needs. The AI chatbot comes in handy whenever I need quick answers about how the platform works and it's also reassuring to know the product team is reachable when needed. Integrations with tools like Zoom and Slack have been genuinely useful and the automations do a lot to cut down on manual work.
Cons
One limitation during member onboarding is the small range of question types available (currently just single select, written response, multiple select or link). It would be much better to have additional choices such as dropdown single or multi select options for questions with a long list of answers. For our use case specifically having an application form section that could automatically filter into a particular product would also be a valuable improvement.

“All in one platform that delivers”
Pros
It does a great job of combining several functions in one place while still keeping everything simple to use. It has helped us simplify our daily operations, improve communication and build a stronger sense of community within.
Cons
Our overall experience with it has been very positive but there is still some room to grow when it comes to more advanced capabilities. The platform is simple as it stands though adding deeper functions would help users get even more out of it.

“Thoughtful design”
Pros
Easy to use and the platform is simple to work with from the start. You can stick with the built in setup or modify it so it fits your specific business needs better. It also feels clear that actual user feedback has shaped the product rather than being pushed aside just to add flashier features.
Cons
The one drawback with it is that the data available directly inside the platform is somewhat limited. That said you can still pull it through the API if you have the technical skills or a team that can support that.

“Flexible platform with standout UX”
Pros
Has been a really flexible platform for us covering a wide range of needs while helping organize almost all of our operations, activities and interactions with different audiences. It does a solid job of letting us both separate and unify those audiences when needed. The development team has also been extremely responsive when it comes to rolling out new features and fixing bugs. Even with all that flexibility it still offers one of the most polished, best-looking user experiences compared to similar platforms on the market.
Cons
Since it's still an early stage product there are some trade offs that come with that. Not everything feels as fully connected or holistically integrated as it likely will over time. A platform like this is naturally going to face feature bloat and every new addition can introduce user friction and design complications. The team has handled those challenges really well and continues to improve quickly but there are still certain areas where that can lead to some confusion.

“complete community hub”
Pros
Before switching to this one we were juggling several different tools for different parts of our community: AirTable for the member directory, Google Drive for the content library, Luma for events and more. It was frustrating to manage everything separately and it also hurt the member experience. People were less engaged and often confused about where to go to find what they needed. It gave us one user friendly platform that brought everything together for our community.
Cons
The only downsides have been very minor things and their team has been excellent about taking feedback and making improvements and updates for us.

“powerful platform”
Pros
Feels like having a customizable Facebook style community, Lu.ma for events and Kajabi for content management all rolled into one place. It's very simple to use, quick to implement and the team behind it has been great especially when it comes to customer support. We use it every single day and it's been a really strong product for us.

“outstanding for peer learning”
Pros
Their team is exceptional and their commitment to improving the learning space goes far beyond just making software. They take a much more holistic approach to the industry and that really shows in how impressive the platform is. They clearly understand how peer to peer learning should work and have built a system that helps educators manage the often chaotic challenge of keeping students engaged.
Cons
One thing that would make the tool even better is an archive button that lets students quickly export their content. It would be even more useful if that archive looked polished and was simple to read. At the end of a program students usually want to leave with more than just a certificate.

“amazing member hub”
Pros
Brings community and learning together in a really cohesive way for customers. From a user experience standpoint it gives us a true one stop place for everything we wanted to offer our members including learning products, community interaction events and resource libraries. On top of that their team has been responsive, supportive and genuinely open to feedback which makes them a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Its list of native integrations is still fairly limited although that gap can be worked around with a tool like Zapier.
