For the ease of using xAPI!

Pros

One feature I trully like is the option to generate xAPI statements from various interactions, which are already prepared for us!

Cons

The review process becomes cumbersome for clients as they need to log into an account to review courses.

Sarah Pfizer review

Pros

This software closely resembles Claro, which I previously used, but with additional features.

Cons

The software is packed with numerous features, which can be overwhelming. I might need to refer to the manual guide to navigate through them.

Review

Pros

Duplicating projects and pages is incredibly simple. Once you have a template and save the actions, the software becomes much more user-friendly. Recent additions, like the option to quickly change animated objects, have been great.

Cons

It would be beneficial to have more resizing options. Often, when working with a three-column design or elements within containers, starting from scratch is necessary. Many projects in Dominknow have this issue due to containers. Although containers offer benefits, they make on-the-fly design nearly impossible. Additionally, more user-friendly action options would be great. The current actions lack intuitiveness, and having bundled templates for actions would be highly advantageous. There are some glitches, such as replacing one image leading to the replacement of all images or another image on the page. Another issue occurs when changing an image, then clicking on Accessibility, as the image reverts and needs to be added again. I dislike having to commit every page after making a course copy. The assessments are subpar. they load slowly during editing, and the only mobile-compatible options are multiple-choice and true/false. Often, after committing a page with a question, it reverts, requiring additional editing. Users have reported that the questions load sluggishly and are cumbersome. It's a bit unreliable.

The DomiKnow Solution

Pros

The freedom this software provides to content creators is what I enjoyed the most. It's easy to create and edit pages, add videos, and incorporate visual elements. Teaching others how to use it is also quick and fairly easy. The customer support, including documents, FAQ links, YouTube tutorials, and the helpline, has proven helpful for our content creation team and new users we've trained.

Cons

Sometimes, I have encountered difficulties selecting certain boxes at the page creation stage. There are instances where it stalls or responds slowly when clicking on a box or field to edit. Furthermore, after adding and editing text in a field, the formatting changes or doesn't take effect upon saving. As the page becomes less responsive, editing becomes increasingly frustrating.
