“clean interface with great support and diverse training options

Pros

The variety of training options is amazing and it's given me a ton of ideas for making our programs better. As an admin, I use this platform daily and the interface feels smooth and easy to work with. On top of that, the support team has been great. Whenever I run into an issue, they're quick to jump in and get it fixed.

Cons

I just wish I could take care of admin tasks from my phone instead of always being stuck on a desktop.

“Intuitive design with simple integration for large teams

Pros

I've been in this industry for over ten years and I've seen a lot of platforms evolve but this one impressed me. It's come a long way from its older interface to something that feels fresh and much more intuitive. The design is really user-friendly, works smoothly on mobile and scales perfectly for large teams with tons of content. Integration was also very simple and their team made the whole process smooth.

I don't really have any major complaints right now.

I really like how easy it is to use. The content editor makes it simple to create materials and the blended learning approach gives me flexibility when I'm delivering training.

The reporting could still be better but other than that, I honestly don't have much to complain about.

The reporting and analytics are spot on and I get all the insights I need to track progress and make smart improvements to learning outcomes.

It's hard to find any real issues at the moment. we're happy overall. Still, adding some AI features down the line would be a really nice bonus.

This platform fits right into our training program like it was made for us. The design feels easy to get around and the flexibility really helps. I love how it mixes self-paced learning with interactive courses and webinars, it's honestly boosted engagement a lot and helped our sales managers actually remember what they're learning. The digital badges and credentials are a nice touch too, they make the team feel recognized and motivated. Plus, the payment module for continuing education is such a relief and it makes managing advanced training access so smooth.

Cons

The reporting tools could really use some improvement. I find myself struggling to pull certain performance metrics without doing a bunch of manual workarounds. It'd also be awesome if there were more pre-built CRM integrations because the current options feel limited.

The analytics and reporting give us clear insights into learner progress and exam results. And the training matrix? Absolute game-changer, it makes spotting training gaps so much easier.

Most of the hiccups I run into are tied to our specific workflow needs and I know those probably aren't top priorities for the developers. Still, I've heard some of these issues are supposed to get fixed in future updates which would be great.

Setting up courses, quizzes and learning tracks is honestly very easy. Tracking user progress is smooth and I love that I get regular updates on how everyone's doing. Those monthly scheduled reports are a huge help and they let me see performance clearly and know which courses people are assigned to. And as our team keeps growing, it has scaled with us without a single hiccup.

Cons

The content builder has definitely improved a lot over the past year. At this point, it does everything I need it to, so honestly, I don't have much to complain about with this LMS.

Pros

I can't say enough about how easy it is to build lesson pages straight from the web portal. It handles everything from the big picture to the small details without making me overthink it. The drag-and-drop feature is so smooth and interactive and the polished interface makes the whole experience look and feel professional. Adding new training content to both onboarding and ongoing programs has turned into a quick and simple process.

I really haven't come across any issues with it so far.
