“Interactive Training Journey
Pros
Dynamic LMS gives a good variety of training content and plenty of customization which makes it easy to match with our brand. From my side as a user, it's simple to navigate and engaging and the support team has been very helpful and flexible.
Cons
I would really like more flexibility in layout and course structure, such as if I have full acess to customize homepage that would be a great advantange.

“Great and responsive Support
Pros
The cost effectiveness compared to other LMS solutions stands out to me. Their support is truly 5-star, always responsive and willing to find workarounds for unique needs. This system really matched our business needs and creates a smooth user experience.
Cons
The backend feels a bit more complex compared to other LMS tools I've used. If Moodle builds something into the system, I can't change it myself, though I get help whenever I asked.

“Value for price and dedicated Client Service
Pros
Value for money has been excellent and the customer support deserves real credit. Our relationship manager is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble, so I honestly can't fault the service.
Cons
Some features feel limited to me. I'd like to have a grace period for new starters so they don't affect stats right away. I'd also want an easier way to adjust reaccreditation dates without resetting the whole course and the option to set different periods for different job roles.

“Smooth transition with great ongoing support
Pros
The strong Project Management Team made our move to Dynamic smooth and the ongoing care since then has been impressive. It also feels like better value compared to other suppliers we've tried.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of much that I dislike about Dynamic. I even liked the fun team photos on their updated website which made them feel approachable.

Pros
What I really like is being able to turn it into a fully customizable organizational development tool. Working in partnership with Dynamic feels collaborative, they adapt the system and innovate with us to meet our needs.
Cons
I don't face major issues with Dynamic LMS, though I wish I had more control over appraisal functionality, like being able to assign appraisers through self service without creating extra admin work.

Pros
It makes my work much easier. Uploading small files and creating courses is easy and the support I receive is prompt, professional and always reliable.
Cons
There are times when I find setting up pre course questions before enrollment harder than it should be. The system also slows or glitches with large files or images which interrupts my work, though overall it remains valuable to me.

Pros
The platform is mostly simple to use but whenever we run into issues, I can quickly reach out for help. Communication is smooth and consistent which makes my job easier.
Cons
I've noticed reporting isn't always easy. For example, when users enter their date of birth in the wrong format, it doesn't process correctly and then takes my extra time when I fix it.

Cons

Dynamic LMS is easy to use for both administrators and users. We rely on it for bookable courses, whether eLearning or face to face sessions and it runs smoothly in both cases.
Cons
For me, the talent and succession planning modules seem clunky at times but I believe the team is actively working on improvements.

Pros
It's simple to pull the information I need whenever required and the support I receive is excellent. Whenever I get stuck, the team responds quickly and usually resolves my queries right away.
Cons
Sometimes I find the system a bit hard to use. I wish the front page displayed courses on one screen instead of scrolling. Training staff can also be expensive, so many of us end up self teaching with in-house support.

The platform comes with extra features beyond a standard LMS, so it feels like we're getting real value from our investment. I also appreciate that their roadmap is shared so everyone benefits from upcoming improvements.
Cons
It can feel glitchy in certain parts, mostly because of Moodle quirks, not Dynamic itself. When I get stuck, the team is always ready to guide me which I appreciate.

I can refresh the look and feel to keep it modern and the appraisals function has been a huge benefit for managing more than 20,000 team members in our retail sector. The helpdesk responds quickly, keeping me updated even if a fix takes time.

I think it would be great if the system included AI integration to help with development plans and learning suggestions.
