Pros

I enjoy having access to all the courses and it is simple. As a teacher I can log in an hour earlier to test everything, while students only enter at the scheduled time.

Cons

The platform doesn't handle more than 30 students well and this makes it hard for them to access. I often have to record attendance and timings manually because the system fails to do it automatically most of the time which slows down the course.

Pros

I see the software as complete and functional for professional training needs, offering great asynchronous distance learning options.

Cons

I felt there was a lack of attention to customers. After making a big investment in implementation, we struggled to get proper support or guidance unless we paid extra. There are also tracking issues in synchronous training sessions that run through external platforms like Gsuite Professional.

There's a wide range of unsynchronized online courses available, covering both mandatory and non mandatory training needs. The platform is well-structured with complete functionality for managing synchronous courses too, plus great customization options for special projects and academies.

Cons

The software is built on great technical development but I feel it would require a full time dedicated person to use it effectively, especially with frequent releases. These releases do show the company's commitment to continuous improvement.

I like how quickly courses can be activated and how the automatic email system provides login credentials without delay.

I find the software not very simple and the constant layout changes make it harder. Support can also take a long time to resolve issues through tickets. Users often complain about the attendance system with repeated clicks on videos and about tests being too focused on minor details from lessons.

I get frustrated with how the videos work because I need to keep clicking play, exit and re-enter course lists. Many short videos make loading slow and I can't download certificates if I don't meet the minimum required time which happens often.

Being able to extend deadlines, update certificates, or adjust participant details on my own without technical help makes me feel more in control and I also like dividing participants into groups or subgroups.

The password being encrypted creates confusion for me because if I don't receive the email with login details, the admin cannot directly share the credentials.

I find the LCMS part quite complex and tough. It takes a lot of time and trial runs to learn it properly and the interface looks too formal and outdated in my opinion.

Personally, I don't have any major issues. Whenever we feel something is missing, we just fill out the feature suggestion form and those improvements usually come in future releases.
