Amazing training portal

Pros

The training portal offered by e tipi fits perfectly with how I like to use learning tools. It gives me the right content at the right time and I find the platform customizable and pleasant to use.

Cons

Pros

I use this tool every day because it's simple. The features are reliable, I don't face many bugs and everything included is genuinely useful for daily work.

Cons

I've noticed that whenever new features are added, some old bugs that were already fixed seem to come back

Was really Easy to understand!

Pros

For me, the clean interface and easy setup make a big difference. I didn't need much training, so I was able to adapt quickly and get straight to work.

Cons

I find that the process for blocking and unblocking training courses is not always practical or simple.

Flexible and complete tool

Pros

The product's flexibility allowed me to meet technical challenges during the Burger King and Quick merger. It gave us the customization we needed to manage heavy volumes and complex requirements without issues.

Cons

I often have to contact support for updates but I appreciate that E-TIPI is developing simpler client interfaces like the Learning HUB to make users more autonomous.

Pros

For me, one of the strongest points is how well they adapt and how responsive and attentive their support team is whenever I need help.

Cons

In my setup, managing and coordinating the different learning platforms can be a bit tricky at times, but I really appreciate how the E-TIPI team stays proactive and always comes up with solutions to make things smoother

Pros

I feel lucky to have such a responsive team working with us. They adapt the roadmap and customize the app to our needs and I see how much our 15,000 employees really appreciate using it.

Cons

I think the pricing is a bit high but I admit that the service provided and the co-construction of new features make it worthwhile.

Pros

Our training paths are often long and complex but with this software, things feel much simpler. As a learner, an administrator, or even in the support team, I see how smooth the process is thanks to tools like the Adaptive Learning portal and the Blended option. Profiles are matched with the right courses automatically, sign ups are done in a click, administrators can make quick adjustments and learners access all their resources without mistakes or missing steps.

Cons

I found that integrating with other tools is a complex process that requires a lot of preparation. It can challenge some existing features but in the end, it also creates new useful possibilities.

Pros

The thing I really appreciate that software is easy to use and user friendly. Our users didn't struggle at all to get comfortable with this tool.

Cons

As an administrator, I feel that this software doesn't give enough flexibility to improve product ergonomics. The screens, reports and some interfaces are too rigid and complicated to modify.
