Pros

Handling very large numbers of participants without extra charges is a big advantage. Creating questions and e-learning courses is very simple and it supports nearly every language. The translations are also high quality.

Cons

Not every question type is available. In the e-learning courses, scrolling can cause parts to be skipped.

Pros

Software is very well organized, with excellent customization options and strong linking capabilities. Our participants are very satisfied with it.

Cons

The question database could still be made more professional. The SCORM integration with an LMS platform could also be improved further.

“Dependable since 2020”

Pros

This has been a dependable, always-available tool for running exams for our participants. Even the original setup we put in place back in 2020 is still working perfectly well.

Cons

Billing is not very user-friendly for a large company. I need a formal PDF invoice so I can request a Purchase Order and have Accounts Payable process the payment. That part really needs improvement. In my account, I can only view paid invoices which are not helpful when preparing upcoming payments.

Pros

Managing and delivering online exams is very convenient with this platform. Setting up an exam is efficient and it makes it simple to interact with participants throughout the process.

Cons

It lacks built-in exam proctoring features and there isn't an interface that allows trainers to manually grade open-ended questions.

“Powerful reporting and course customization”

Pros

User interface is very user-friendly. It's also really useful that you can use your own images for the courses. For quiz or assessment results, you can display the outcomes in graphs or export them to Excel for more flexibility in processing. The email logbook is another nice feature, giving a clear overview of all participants.

Cons

I haven't come across many downsides. One thing that could add extra value would be the option to integrate PowerPoint slides into it.

“excellent value”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is the value you get for the price. The interface is user-friendly and the system can be run without needing a programmer or other technical staff. It also supports multiple Academy sites which is really helpful for managing different brands in one platform.

Cons

The reporting side is weak. Most of the time, the standard reports do not give us the data we actually need. We usually have to export everything which is a large amount of data and then rely on filters and sorting in Excel to get useful insights. That makes the process very time-consuming. Another limitation is the lack of branching or "choose your own adventure" course functionality, where a user's answers could direct them to different content. We would really like the ability to personalize the learning path based on earlier responses.

“A few reporting challenges....”

Pros

This tool offers quite a bit for what it costs. It is easy to learn even for someone who is not especially comfortable with technology and the uncluttered interface helps keep everything from feeling too complicated. The support team is approachable and helpful and once you get in touch with them, they genuinely put effort into solving problems. The one downside there is the time-zone gap which can make urgent issues take longer to sort out. For day-to-day work though, the platform stays fairly unobtrusive and makes it simple to build courses and keep things moving along.

Cons

It still has some clear room for improvement. Parts of the interface look a little outdated and would benefit from a refresh especially on pages where you have to do a lot of scrolling. Reporting is another point because, while the information is there, it is not always simple to turn it into something practical or actionable. Customization is fairly limited too so there is not much flexibility in how the platform looks or behaves. The quiz features are pretty basic as well which makes creating more dynamic or varied assessments difficult. None of this makes the system impossible to use but these limitations become much more noticeable the more heavily you depend on it.

“Helping teams learn and grow”

Pros

The way I can now teach colleagues new things and help them grow has improved tremendously.

Cons

The biggest downside for me is that I can't create groups within groups. That extra layer would make a huge difference.

One thing that really helps is how approachable the developers are. They're willing to listen, stay engaged and work with clients to shape the software into a solution that fits. The platform is also easy to use and it keeps getting better as new updates and improvements are introduced over time.

Cons

A few parts of the functionality feel a bit limiting for the way I personally need to use it. That said my use case is somewhat outside the software's original purpose so I can't put all of that on them. Access management could also use some refinement since it's a little awkward to work through and not always simple.

Creating exams and courses for employees is quick and easy with this software. The setup feels simple and hassle-free and there are plenty of customization options to tailor everything the way it's needed.

Cons

When it comes to analyzing results, I'd really like to see a more detailed overview. That matters especially for exam outcomes since it would help identify weak points in the training and make it easier to improve those areas.

Pros

Getting pages up and running is easy and the interface feels user friendly without any hassle. My favorite parts are the automatic marking and the option to create customized certificates that can be emailed to participants automatically.

Cons

Plan pricing has gradually gone up over the years without a lot of new features being added. Even so, it hasn't really taken away from the overall value of the product.

Pros

Using the platform feels very easy on both the user side and the admin side. The pricing is also really appealing especially because it doesn't jump to unreasonable levels as you become more successful.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is having more advanced features, along with the option to build more custom solutions in this tool for specific needs.

It has an old-school app look but there are plenty of features that make it really useful for logging your work and staying on top of everything.

Having to get OTPs just to close out a job's work order is frustrating. A lot of the time, the tenant doesn't even know where to find it.

True to its name, this product is very easy to use. Getting around the platform doesn't require a steep learning curve and the user flows are clear and simple to follow.

My only concern is how limited it is when it comes to custom branding and design. You don't get full control over the layout or the ability to fine-tune every visual detail. Advanced CSS or custom code options are either very restricted or not available at all. Because of that, the overall appearance still feels fairly template-based which may not work well for larger organizations or brands with strict design guidelines.

Pros

Creating training courses and exams for a company is very easy with this tool. The results are easy to look up afterward and it supports working with photos, videos and links. You can also attach PDFs. It's helpful that you can set the difficulty level for questions and assign points in different gradations. Overall, it's a pleasant product to work with.

Cons

Site can be a bit slow at times and logging in is occasionally difficult for new participants. It's also disappointing that using APIs requires upgrading to a more expensive subscription.

“User-friendly learning with great support”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages for us is how user-friendly it is. Adding existing exams into your academy works really well, you can tag all your questions by category and the fast, tailored support has been a huge plus too.

Cons

Biggest downside for us was the initial setup. You really do start from scratch so it takes some time before you fully find your way around creating your own exams and everything that comes with it. That said this is not really the platform's fault and we are still very happy with the endless extra options it offers throughout.

It really cuts out the need for the clinical supervisor to keep repeating the same educational information. Being able to assign the modules and trust that the content is accurate is a huge plus.

Cons

The orientation felt a bit short. Because of that, I had to work out part of the process on my own which took a little longer than I expected.

Pros

Handling a large number of participants on the platform has been really helpful and the pricing is budget-friendly which makes it even better.

Cons

One thing I'd like to see improved is the login view for participants so they can tell which department or location they belong to, along with when certain admins access their profile. It would also be helpful if the system could retroactively generate certificates for team members who passed but didn't receive one.

“A complete solution for online learning”

Pros

This platform offers excellent value for money and I can count on friendly, fast support whenever needed. I don't use every feature but mainly rely on the Academy which is available starting with the Enterprise Owl plan. It allows me to give specific groups access to online courses and online exams. I especially appreciate being able to embed videos and PDFs and also link to content from the web. The exam reports are very useful because they make it easier to spot and fix incorrect or unclear questions and answers so I can keep improving the experience for participants. On top of that, I can add participants, control which content they are allowed to see, resend login details and remove users again when necessary. Altogether, it covers all the essential functions we need for our online academy.

Cons

Compared with other web applications I've used, I'm used to data and layouts being simpler to edit and manage. I also expect screen space to be used more efficiently across different resolutions and the interface to be designed in a way that avoids as many unnecessary clicks as possible. In those areas, the platform still has room to improve although I'm optimistic because the developers are currently reworking it quite fundamentally. The frontend for Academy participants could offer more options for design and structure especially for larger academies like ours so users could keep a better overview, click less and have an experience that fits their individual needs more closely. That said we've received a lot of positive feedback from participants because in the end the content matters more than the presentation. So I wouldn't consider any of these points a dealbreaker.

Software is reasonably user-friendly and honestly, that's about as much as I would expect from a tool like this.

Cons

Employees who do not have a personalized email address have to be entered into the training software through a rather difficult process. On top of that, the processing intervals are too short so I ended up having to register several employees multiple times.
