“Smooth multi-platform syncing
Pros
The web app and mobile app sync smoothly which makes learning on the move effortless. Being able to use extensions across MS Teams, Office, Chrome and other platforms keeps everything connected and improves my overall completion rate.
Cons
Sometimes content feels incomplete to me and thumbnails or titles are missing, or article links lead to unavailable sites.

“SmartCard and progress tracker
Pros
Some of the newer additions really stood out to me especially the smart card and progress tracker. This tool keeps me updated on my industry in one place and the progress tracker keeps me aligned with my goals through timely prompts. The content goes far beyond the usual e-learning material.
Cons
I feel the number of course choices for each topic is a bit overwhelming and can be confusing.

“Easy content assignment
Pros
Keeping track of each piece of content and assigning it to individuals or groups has been very easy in my opinion.
Cons
The LMS still produces Excel sheets to track progress and I think it would be better if this was integrated directly on the site.

“flexible white-label and integrations
Pros
What impressed me most was how flexible the product is. They even let us white-label it for our organization. The browser and MS Teams integrations are extremely useful. Their training and onboarding process had a great plan and their resource center continues to help us grow and stay engaged.
Cons
Support can be slow occasionally. I've needed to figure out who to contact though the team has always been willing to help. We suggested having a single point of contact and they now coordinate in the background to simplify things.

“continuous platform evolution
Pros
Watching the platform evolve throughout the year has been great. Updates roll out regularly and they take client feedback seriously. The "learning in the flow of work" features, like widgets for 365, Teams and Chrome, make access simple. Creating content takes almost no effort and the reporting tools help flag anything that needs review. Their support team communicates well and steps in quickly whenever an issue comes up.
Cons
Some updates make sense to me but others don't fully consider the user experience. It sometimes takes discussions to help engineering understand the use cases. Admins can't act as users or complete content on behalf of users, it's all user-driven.

“wide range of functional features
Pros
There's a wide range of functions available and I think those features make it easy for people to adopt the platform and cover many different use cases.
Cons
Usability is limited in parts of the platform. Features sometimes feel half-developed or not aligned with standard software guidelines which can confuse users and require training. Integrations also often depend on customers to guide the process, instead of the vendor leading. My internal usability study highlighted many design issues that can't be fixed from the customer side.

“Smooth content integrations
Pros
Integrating any type of internal or external content has been a smooth experience. The UX shift changed the way I consume and create learning and the integrations with tools like Google and Facebook make learning feel more natural.
Cons
The platform can be unstable with features like search and filters not always working properly. I noticed that documentation is missing in some areas and the mobile version could be improved.

“Clean simple interface
Pros
Clean, simple interface is one of the reasons I enjoy using it. Everything syncs well between desktop and mobile and adding courses or learning plans to my queue only takes a moment.
Cons
I haven't found too many things I dislike. Updates happen regularly and I enjoy using the app for learning while commuting on my iPhone or laptop.
