This tool helps me create personalized learning paths and curates content smartly. The AI recommendations make knowledge sharing and skill development faster and the focus on rapid onboarding really fits with operational needs.

Cons

For me the hardest part is dealing with API and integration settings because the vendor controls most of it so users don't get much flexibility.

I can make content visually engaging without any coding, highlight company-specific information and easily incorporate internal or external resources. The in-line player lets me view content in the same window which is convenient. While the social features seem useful technical issues have limited engagement so far.

Cons

On mobile I've dealt with plenty of technical issues. Reporting basically doesn't exist unless you pay extra and the useful data isn't available in the system. Things break often, content stops playing, emails fail, assignments vanish and the data link from Cornerstone cuts out even when it shouldn't.

Onboarding and integrating the platform was easy. I've found real-time analytics, the mobile app, skill mapping, certification pathways and access to the content library all very helpful in managing employee learning.

Cons

An automated reporting setup for each manager would make things easier for me. I've also noticed delays when older data is being uploaded. And only admins can send marketing communication which doesn't work well for large companies that need their marketing teams to handle it.

Some of the features I enjoy are AI-driven skills suggestions, progress tracking and motivational prompts. They really help me and the team stay focused over time. I've also found the platform integrates smoothly with other tools we use.

Cons

A few bugs still need fixing on my side like pages not loading right away unless I manually refresh pretty often.

For training teams this platform has been my go-to. It provides a single space to manage information and communicate with learners. The learning management system, tools and analytics make it easy for me to organize and share content efficiently.

I've discovered that this platform is more than just course management. Its built-in social learning features make it an excellent space for collaboration letting our entire company share knowledge and communicate freely.

There are a couple of tools that crash when I open them and those probably need updates soon.

For compliance learning this platform was a perfect fit. I was able to migrate most of our reporting features easily and cataloging courses became much simpler thanks to the modern dashboard and thoughtful features.

I've been using the platform for a while and after some recent improvements there's nothing that bothers me at the moment.

Working with the customer success team has been great. I've found them very responsive and keen to take feedback, constantly updating the platform to suit our enterprise needs. It's nearly bug-free now and very easy to navigate.

Cons

One thing I'd like to see is more ways to interact with users and easier access to reports about those interactions so I can understand engagement better.

The dashboard made major tasks so much easier. I can upload content, create learning pathways, review progress and run reports without the headaches we used to face before.

Some admin features still feel awkward to handle to me and they could definitely be redesigned to work more smoothly.

Skills passport feature has been a game-changer for me. It lets me track the skills our employees already have, so when new requirements come up, I know if we can fill them internally. This has improved productivity, lowered turnover and reduced costs.

A good amount of content is outdated and I run into blank pages or buttons that don't actually lead anywhere.

I've been impressed with the content partners the platform provides. The library is diverse and valuable and integrating or customizing content is simple and quick.

Parts of the platform still use the old interface and I feel those areas could use a little enhancement.

I love that I can learn anything, anywhere, on any device. Completing compliance courses has been easy and there are plenty of features that keep me engaged throughout my learning journey.

Logging out every time I closed the tab was annoying and caused some frustration for me.

Idea behind the platform is great. The CEO calls it the "Netflix of training," and I have to say, it really feels that way.

Cons

Copying or deleting files has been a nightmare at times, deleting a copy sometimes deletes the original and there's no way to recover it. Copy-pasting content can give unpredictable results and the software breaks often despite promises that it would be fixed.

Features like the progress tracker, learning pathways, timely notifications and AI suggestions have kept me engaged over the long term. Combined with smooth integrations, this has made the platform my ideal tool.

Cons

Some features like groups, following, sharing or commenting still feel underused to me and not many people are interacting with them yet.

I've found several features particularly engaging. This tool allow me to learn in small, digestible chunks, badges motivate me by showing achievements and skillcoins can even be redeemed as gift cards.

Occasionally pages don't load properly and I have to refresh. Also I wish there were fewer articles and more video content to make learning more engaging.

The platform has inspired me to learn more. I stumbled upon a Machine Learning course and completed it, gaining skills I think are essential for the future. I can also use the mobile app to pick up right where I left off.

Cons

New courses and content are added regularly but I'd love a monthly guide or update to help me pick what to learn next.

Simplicity of this tool is remarkable. I just select topics I'm interested in and AI recommends relevant courses. Even though I work in sales and marketing I learned coding and built my own website which was very rewarding.

Cons

The Android app sometimes fails to log in so I think a few bug fixes would help.

I really enjoy the content from top academies like Harvard and EdX. The badges motivate me to keep learning and the mobile app is perfect for studying before bed I spend 30�45 minutes daily learning something new.

I wish there were more video content instead of mostly article-style lessons and the website's UI could use some improvement.
