“Top Training Experience
Pros
As an HR manager, I use Edflex almost every day. It allows me to develop my own skills while also training my colleagues, who really enjoy the platform for its simplicity and always up to date content. After nearly two years, I've seen it continuously evolve with new offers, partners and features. It has everything needed to be an effective tool and I strongly recommend it to other training managers.
Cons
I don't really have complaints either, since for me the training is more of a positive experience overall.

“Daily Learning Tool
Pros
I enjoy being able to learn every day at my own pace and on so many topics. The portal feels simple and I like that new training content is added often. Sometimes I read an article, other times I watch a video, take an online course, or even listen to a podcast. Having different ways to learn really keeps me motivated.
Cons
I would personally love to receive personalized course selections that match my profile and learning needs.

Pros
For several months now, I've been using Edflex and the experience has been very positive. The portal is simple and user-friendly which makes learning enjoyable. I also like that a lot of content is available in both English and French. When I reached out to the support chat, the guidance from their team was clear and very helpful.
Cons
To be honest, I can't find much to criticize since the company gives me a very complete training portal that I use daily.

Pros
What stands out for me is the wide variety of topics and resources. I also value that the content is available in multiple languages. Another big plus is that I can request specific themes and Edflex will add them. Their support has been great.
Cons
I noticed that the content quality sometimes varies depending on the format and the topic which can affect the learning experience.

Cons
In my expereince, I feel like the units are a bit too long for me and I'd prefer smaller chunks spread out more often so it feels lighter and easier to manage.

Getting my team set up on Edflex was very easy and it's been simple to find learning that fits their needs. The support team has been so responsive and flexible which makes the experience even better.

“Well designed homepage
Pros
The homepage is well designed, using the platform feels smooth and I like the validation of acquired skills. The instructors I've had, especially for solar training, have been excellent.
Cons
For me, some trainers rely too heavily on Excel, certain articles feel too long and I dislike that the training restarts from zero when it's left incomplete.
