I'm most impressed by their continuous feature development and customer-centric mindset. Additionally, it provides professional support for managing training processes including creation, hosting, distribution and assessment, across our international organization.
Cons
Currently, we aren't utilizing their ready-made course library. For now, we either develop our own training content or link to external resources that align more closely with our business needs.
