Pros
To make the most of our most important asset, this tool has been invaluable. The staff at Edmego provide excellent customer service, timely assistance and reliable responses whenever needed. For me, it feels like a unique solution that is not only affordable but also easy to use. Everyone in my organization can take advantage of it without difficulty which makes it a strong and practical system.
Cons
Progress in the past few months has been slower than expected. Even though the infrastructure is advanced, the gamification aspects lost their usefulness quickly for me. Since rules for simple administrative tasks can't be set, it ends up requiring more ongoing management than I'd like.
