Starting off with the platform was fun and it is simple to use. It fits the size of our company well and matches where we are in our early e learning journey. Another big plus is how close and supportive their team has been: always available, friendly, responsive, efficient and clearly passionate about what they do. The platform also offers a good range of features including videos, photos, quizzes and statistical tracking and it keeps evolving to meet the business needs of our customers.

Cons

Our biggest limitation is really the time and internal resources needed to build out our modules. It could be very helpful if there were pre built modules available that we could customize. Another challenge is that we can't easily reach groups who don't have email addresses such as our drivers or dock agents.

At this stage the solution has not been fully rolled out yet but the testing phase and early feedback have been entirely positive. The software also feels very flexible to use.

There has not been enough feedback yet to give a meaningful response.

Features that make the biggest difference for us are the evaluations and activity tools.

Cons

Some module layouts could be better. When I create an activity in the introduction and try to preview it before editing the text is occasionally misaligned.

It would be even better if the activities were developed further to offer more variety in training options and evaluations.

It's really interesting to have different MCQ formats available whether it's text based, image based and more.

One limitation is the character count allowed for each question. It's too restricted so we end up having to shorten questions in ways that aren't always suitable.

Putting together modules on this is very simple and convenient.

At the moment I haven't come across any real weaknesses on the platform.

A downside is that the learning environment doesn't feel personalized enough based on the type of training.

The platform is very simple to use which makes the overall experience pleasant and accessible.

An improvement would be if it included an integrated video tool and chat. A timeline would also help learners follow their courses in a clear chronological order without having to switch environments for each new format for example between this platform, Zoom and Classroom.

Getting started with the software feels very easy and using it day to day is simple. Its educational purpose is clearly central to the platform which makes the whole tool feel thoughtfully designed.

Cons

There is still plenty of room for improvement in several areas but it is appreciated that feedback is actually listened to and taken into account.
