“Unsupportive despite high payments

Pros

The company is incredibly rigid about collecting payment but they seem to care the least about supporting their clients. So it was my most negative experience. We have been paying nearly 3 lakh every month for two years and still do not have a single point of contact or a dedicated account manager.

Cons

To be honest the support service is the absolute worst. The app itself frequently has problems and does not function correctly most of the time.

Pros

I absolutely loved their LMS functionality and the technical support team was a huge help when I needed them.

The bad part is that they removed the chat support option.

The pricing feels fair to me and adding multiple-choice questions is a simple process using a Word document.

Cons

Edmingle's customer assistance is really poor. There is no way to get help by phone at all. They have even closed down the live chat, so now the only way to reach them is through email.

For me the clone feature in the application is the most helpful tool. Everything about it is basic leading to a really great overall experience.

Scheduling our live classes could offer more flexibility and personalization options.

Creating a course is pretty simple with their tools. Almost every feature you could want is right there when you are designing the course's landing page.

For different subjects the required prerequisites are not listed or available to see.

It is a single platform that handles everything for my academy, from the back-end management all the way to actually delivering the courses to students.

There were a few times when we struggled to figure out how to use a specific feature but the support team was always there to help us out.

Managing new customer sign-ups and handling their certification is something I can do smoothly all by myself without needing another person to facilitate the process.

On the Premium Monthly plan it says we get 2 Zoom Premium licenses but only one is actually working. So this needs to be fixed. The Website Builder feature is still labeled as Beta even though our subscription has been active for over six months. So according to me the tech team should finish it and add more ways for us to customize. The support teams response time could be much faster than it currently is. Also the page for managing the curriculum still is not working right.

The best parts are how easy it is to use, the clean app interface and the automatic notifications for classes. Plus the team keeps rolling out new features over time to make things better for both us and our learners.

Cons

There are a few minor technical glitches here and there. If the team can resolve these for good it would truly be an excellent product.

We get fast service & the platform is almost never down and there are plenty of options and tools to choose from.

Getting support directly to my students is an issue. Right now every single question from them has to come to me first as a middleman.

For our organization the Zoom integration with the LMS is by far the most amazing and valuable connection we use.

Instructors do not have access to a teacher app. I feel like if that feature became available it would make them a lot happier.

The tools for building courses, the free preview option, the integrated payment system and the platforms consistent speed are all top-notch.

It won't even start unless you turn off developer options on your device. Many users do not know how to do that, so they get stuck right after installation. There is also no way to personalize anything within the app itself which is something users should be able to do.

Pros

Having worked alongside Edmingle for six years now they feel like an extension of our own team which is what I like the most. A strong team like that naturally delivers excellent products and services.

Honestly there is not a single thing about them that I dislike.

We are really anticipating a feature to log student refunds and some integrations with Leadsquared and WhatsApp would be great additions we're hoping for.

My review is focused on their full suite of features for managing the learning experience. As it is really good.

The exam section is my main topic. I believe building a dedicated exam portal with proctoring is needed. Thats the only exam-related feature I want to talk about, as everything else is working fine.

Nothing much but yes some of the key integrations we need are WhatsApp API, Gmail and Google Drive API.

As per me offering certificates in common image formats like PNG or JPG would be a helpful improvement.

Well the reporting module is still an area we have trouble with as generating the reports we need is a challenge.

I must say the entire software package is a solid product on its own. Plus it is incredibly easy for anyone to navigate and use.
