Okay so.... I really like how uncluttered the layout is and I value getting instant notifications that keep me updated right away.

Cons

Every so often I notice the app feels a bit sluggish but that hardly ever happens.

Honestly I've found that the enquiry tracking together with the online admission form has made my day-to-day work much more effortlessbecause I can keep tabs on applications, follow up with prospects without hassle and ultimately convert a higher number of leads.

Cons

Initially I had to adjust several fields on our admission form to fit our process which was a bit inconvenient at first but the support team stepped in and tailored everything exactly as needed so it now works flawlessly.

“Unified school management with strong support

Pros

Having this tool has congreatated all aspects of our school's operations, from admissions and attendance to fee management and academic records, into a single, easy-to-navigate dashboard and because the interface is so simple many of our teachers picked it up without much trouble which saved us training time. I also appreciate the way Razorpay and WhatsApp plug-ins have aligned both fee collection and parent communication and perhaps what stands out most is the support team, who consistently reply promptly and walk us through every new update, additionally, the NEP 2020 and CBSE-compliant reports are extremely valuable for our management team.

Cons

Getting everything up and running took a bit longer than we expected because I had to reconcile our existing data formats with the system's requirements but after that initial alignment the platform has been running very smoothly. The only recurring gripe I have is that the mobile app can be sluggish during peak times and could benefit from faster load times, yet in general the service has remained dependable.
