“Onboarding made easy & fun

Pros

Onboarding used to be a mess with Google Docs, Zoom calls and just asking the person sitting next to me. Now, it's so much easier! I love how I can add interactive elements instead of just boring PDFs. It really helps people engage with the material. The automated progress tracking is a total game changer for me...I can see who's flying through and who might need a little extra help.

Cons

I wish the content editor was more flexible when it comes to branding. It'd be awesome to have more creative control over layouts and customization options.

“All-in-one with exciting future features

Pros

This platform seriously has everything you need..all in one spot. The integrations, design components, flow of information and easy access for learners are all spot on. Plus it looks great..it's simple, clean and visually appealing.

Cons

Since it's a new platform there's a lot of room for new features and continuous improvement especially with more integrations. Excited to see what comes next!

“Powerful training tool with room for mobile app

Pros

I have used it for several staff training and onboarding initiatives and it's been a game changer. The real-time progress tracking is super handy because I can instantly spot any issues and fix them. It also has amazing enterprise features like multi-tenancy (perfect for multiple teams), task automation (like certificates and enrollments) and AI tech that makes course creation easy. I love that we only pay for what we use and the platform scales really well as the team grows. Plus, creating personalized learning pathways for different departments is awesome for keeping training relevant.

Cons

Only downside in my opinion is the lack of a specific mobile app. A native app would be super convenient for people doing training on the go even though the web version works well on phones and tablets.

we have been using it for a while and it's totally changed how we handle our online courses. The interface is simple and super easy to use, our team and learners picked it up with no issue.

Cons

It still does not have a few features we are hoping for but Roman and the team are always improving and adding new capabilities so I am optimistic for the future.

“Customized Learning Paths!

Pros

It's very easy for us to create highly customized learning paths for our partner network. I can label content once and the system automatically builds personalized tracks based on role, experience level or region. The ability to mix video modules with live Q&A and interactive quizzes has really boosted partner engagement. Real-time reporting and alerts mean we don't have to waste time chasing task completions manually.

Cons

honestly there's nothing we really dislike right now. it covers all our needs and more. If I had to suggest one thing for the future, it'd be a dedicated mobile app with offline access and push notifications. But honestly the mobile browser experience is smooth and gets the job done.

“Amazing support & constant updates

Pros

The team behind this tool is amazing. They are constantly releasing new features and always listen to community feedback. It feels like we are part of the product development team.

Cons

I'd love to see more options for community features and massive on-demand cohorts but I understand that's not the current focus. Even without that, they are already adding a lot of value.

“Super fast upskilling and personalized learning

Pros

we have been able to scale our upskilling efforts super fast. it lets us roll out new initiatives for the entire team and customize each path for individual roles and goals. Mixing bite-sized videos, live workshops and quick quizzes keeps everyone engaged and no two learners have the same experience. I love how the tagging system is so interactive, I can easily find or update content as our curriculum evolves. Plus with AI suggestions and automated nudges, we are hitting our milestones without busting the budget.

Cons

It's missing one thing we really want...gamification. After our "Sprint challenge," I ended up manually exporting scores to create a leaderboard which kind of took away from the polished experience. Hopefully that gets added soon!

“very smooth integration

Pros

Love the hands-on assignments that really reinforce every lesson. Plus, it integrates perfectly with our CRM and analytics tools. The single sign-on makes onboarding customers smooth, cutting down on support tickets and speeding up adoption. The platform's integration capabilities let us automate data flows between EducateMe and the rest of our system.

Cons

one hiccup we ran into was the Files Library. The folder structure and search function took some trial and error but once we got the hang of it, it's powerful and useful.

What I love most about it is how simple it makes structuring our programs and onboarding learners. The Zoom integration is priceless and the assignment dashboard is super helpful. Organizing content into separate modules, uploading videos and linking previews saves me so much time. Also the platform's student onboarding is fantastic, inviting students is easy and the navigation and tips are super clear.

Cons

There's not much I dislike about it. In the beginning it took time to get used to all the features but now that they have made improvements, it's much easier to use.

Really enjoy how it lets us create custom learning paths for each department. I can tag content once and watch the system automatically build personalized paths for both juniors and seniors. Mixing pre-recorded tutorials, live Q&A sessions and quick quizzes keeps our team engaged. The automated alerts and detailed reports mean we do not waste time chasing completions or piecing together analytics.

Cons

Wish it had a dedicated mobile app. Our team would love push notifications and offline downloads but the mobile web version is surprisingly responsive and works well when we need it. A standalone app would be the cherry on top for truly smooth learning.
