“Had amazing experience with Edvance360
Pros
The aspect I enjoyed the most about Edvance360 was its ease and convenience. The user interface was intuitive, and all the functions are well designed. Tracking our learners progress, accessing their records and customizing and personalizing our training experience was not a problem. Moreover, Edvance360 provided a wide range of options for assessment, evaluation, and reporting, enabling me to give actionable feedback to both learners and administrators.
Cons
The Edvance360 learning management system and interface can be challenging to use and navigate, which is the aspect I liked the least. Furthermore, some of the reports are not intuitive enough, making it difficult to interpret and derive meaningful insights from the data.

“user friendly platform
Pros
The platform is user friendly and doesn't take long to learn so getting around and using it is pretty easy. The support team has also been really helpful whenever needed.
Cons
Using it can be a little difficult at times and the design does feel somewhat outdated but aside from that everything else works really well.

“outdated LMS and weak support
Pros
One positive part of the experience was the rapport we built with the sales representative.
Cons
It falls short in functionality, client support, overall capability and technology. Its LMS also only supports SCORM 1.2 which feels outdated.

“Organized access to coursework
Pros
Throughout our classes, we relied on this software to view assignments, keep up with class materials and turn in projects. It does a really good job of keeping everything well organized and easy to access.
Cons
The interface is a bit outdated. It's not the most modern-looking platform but it still works well for what it needs to do.

“Provides depth and flexibility
Pros
It can be incredibly detailed when you need it to be, while still letting you keep things more organized when you do not need all that extra information.
Cons
There is definitely a lvot to it. I can understand why someone would need to invest quite a bit of time learning the system which makes training extremely important but for the most part the wide range of options feels necessary.

“reliable tools for learning
Pros
Living in a community spread across small nearby islands, traveling to college every day just isn't practical. Our college has been using online learning platforms for years and Edvance360 has been the most effective one by far. Students of any age can pick it up and understand how to use it after only a few tries. It also offers more features than the other learning software we used before such as tracking assignment completion, automatically updating finished work, posting grade updates automatically and plenty of other helpful tools.
Cons
The discussion forums are still valuable even after a chapter is finished because they can be useful for reviewing later chapters and preparing for exams. It would be much better if previous discussions could remain accessible even after the closing date.

“affordable LMS with responsive support
Pros
From a cost to value standpoint, Edvance360 gives us all the LMS functionality our clients need without stretching our budget. Since we're a non profit, keeping the price low is essential and this platform makes that possible. Setting up and building out the LMS front end and the eCommerce page was fairly easy and the team was helpful and quick to respond throughout the process. Their Help Desk is especially responsive when it comes to general LMS related issues. We've been able to use the system successfully for both teacher professional development and as a secondary platform for students.
Cons
One issue has been communication around custom feature requests. I submitted one back in August and didn't get a response. After several follow-ups, we agreed to revisit it in late fall but when I checked in again around mid-to-late October, I still didn't hear back. Faster communication from the development team would be a big improvement. Every now and then, we also run into technical issues that require developer involvement and those tend to take a very long time to fix. At the moment, we still have several open help desk tickets sitting in the feature queue unresolved because of delays on the development side and some of those requests have been ongoing for more than a year.

“Simple for course building
Pros
Putting courses together in Edvance360 is very easy. The interface is user friendly and the tools available are built to align with industry standards. Students can move through the courses without confusion and that matters a lot to our organization.
Cons
The admin and reporting side is poorly organized. Pulling data from the system means jumping through several different areas of the admin panel. It comes across as a patchwork of disconnected features added over time from different customer requests, without much attention paid to the overall admin experience.

“Easy to setup for faculty
Pros
One thing that has worked really well for us is how much of the software can be tailored to fit our specific needs. It also gives faculty plenty of flexibility in how they run their courses so they can use the features that align best with their own teaching style.
Cons
A few of the integrations have not performed as well as we expected so we've had to put in extra effort to work around those gaps. Plus the video conferencing add-on has been the biggest source of problems for us.

“powerful features at a smart price
Pros
Edvance360 feels like a thoughtfully built platform with really strong functionality across the board. The admin tools are excellent and facilitators get the features they need to deliver content well while also keeping track of learner performance and results. It honestly holds its own against much more expensive software but at a much lower cost.
Cons
At times the course taking experience can feel a bit basic from a design standpoint. That said there are usually ways around those limitations and the upcoming version seems to include some promising features aimed at improving that side of the product.

“user-friendly for admins and students
Pros
Using Edvance360 has been easy on both sides, whether you're managing things as an admin or using it as a student. The system feels simple to navigate and works well for both types of users.
Cons
A few areas still need some work especially reporting and course completion features which could definitely be improved.
