“stylish and easy navigation
Pros
Design is stylish and easy to navigate which helped our intranet quickly become the center of our digital workplace. Their support team is proactive, friendly and knowledgeable, always assisting with upgrades and improvements.
Cons
The software has so many features that I think it's a lot to keep up with and training our small digital team on all of them can be challenging.

“versatile CMS with fair pricing
Pros
Base CMS offers wide functionality and adding modules makes it even more versatile. I think the pricing feels fair for what it provides.
Cons
At the moment nothing comes to mind that I dislike.

“User-friendly publishing system
Pros
Even though the CMS can do more than I currently use, it has already served our website well. Publishing and managing content becomes simple once you understand the system. Our account manager stays proactive and the help desk resolves issues quickly. Regular updates keep improving the platform.
Cons
The one-on-one training is great but the reference site is too generic for my taste. I wish it had detailed working examples to show exactly how to implement features. Custom development can also make upgrades a bit tricky so testing takes extra care.

“fast responsive support
Pros
Their support team responds fast and it's clear they work hard to address our requests. I haven't explored as deeply as some of my teammates but the ease of use is noticeably better than tools we used before.
Cons
When I try to preview a page before publishing, it often redirects me to the homepage instead of showing the preview. This is frustrating when editing.

“great for direct on-page editing
Pros
Editing directly within a page, just clicking and modifying each section feels so much easier for me than dealing with back-end code.
Cons
The way folder names appear in the URL bothers me. If a folder and page share the same name, the URL repeats unnecessarily. A checkbox to remove the folder name would help a lot.

“Engaging widget features
Pros
There are plenty of features but the widgets are the ones I enjoy the most.
Cons
Nothing from me but sometimes previewing and customizing pages isn't always simple and could be smoother.

“outstanding team support
Pros
Support from the sales team, project managers and help desk has been outstanding. Everyone is approachable, quick to respond and great at resolving issues. The CMS itself is easy to use and training new users with little experience has been simple. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other products, letting us display external content without ever making users feel like they've left the site.
Cons
Tables sometimes don't display as expected in V10, though I think V10.5 seems to have fixed that along with adding other improvements.

“automated productivity tools
Pros
This system helps me automate a lot of my daily work through forms, reports and other tools which has made a real difference in productivity.
Cons
I'd like more control over field placement in forms and content blocks instead of having to rely on coding.

“responsive partner with strong modules
Pros
This tool has consistently been a responsive partner in all our recent web projects. The core product is already strong and the optional modules and connectors make it easy to build intranets and websites that integrate smoothly with our internal applications. The content editor is genuinely fun to use. Sharing modules across multiple sites has saved us money, their trainer is excellent and their help desk remains dedicated and fast. Regular CMS updates keep improving the experience.
Cons
Some reference documentation is thin when learning modules or connectors. Form Creator isn't as polished as competitors with WYSIWYG and adjusting column widths often requires support intervention. I noticed that there's no built-in email encryption to prevent spam either.

“Price considerations for non-profits
Pros
What stood out to me is the full-service approach, from design to implementation, hosting and ongoing support. Everything feels well-managed from start to finish.
Cons
I think the software can be pricey for a non-profit, making budget a consideration.

“Novice-friendly website management
Pros
As a complete novice I've still been able to maintain our website and even work on building a new one. Whenever I need help, support responds almost immediately and fixes whatever I've messed up. I've even managed to tweak small pieces of HTML on my own. With our move to a mobile-friendly site and a more advanced CMS, working toward better SEO has gotten much easier. The newsletter module has been a fantastic bonus.
Cons
Not knowing enough at first led me into some tricky spots though the support team always fixes things. I'm still learning the analytics to get it to match my needs.

“easy CMS for beginners
Pros
Compared to others on the market this CMS is refreshingly easy right out of the box especially for users with little to no technical background. The wide range of development options means I can keep expanding my site and design without limitation.
Cons
Licensing and costs are a bit high but I think the product generally delivers on what it promises.

“Evolving CMS to meet needs
Pros
The CMS continues to evolve alongside our organization. Whenever we identify a new need, there's usually a module ready to address it.
Cons
Some modules don't integrate well with each other in my opinion. For instance creating a user in one module doesn't always make it available in another which would be nice in the future.

“simple publishing and scalable platform
Pros
Publishing content is simple and quick. I appreciate the workflow modules and how easy the admin features are to understand. Our new team members were trained fast and they're now able to publish on their own. The CMS also scales well and moving our staff portal into it has improved our internal communications significantly.
Cons
I haven't had any issues working with the support team, they're professional and respond quickly to critical problems.

“Flexible for personalized e-training
Pros
The e-training modules are a highlight. Being able to randomize questions within the Content Manager gives each training package more flexibility and makes the experience feel personalized for every user.
Cons
Formatting can be annoying especially when copying from Word. It often messes up the layout and I wish there were an option to paste as plain text to avoid the extra cleanup.
