“flexible value and support”
Pros
I have really liked the technical support, the pricing, the flexibility, how simple it is to use and the overall convenience.
Cons
The interface isn't especially good at the moment but that's something that could definitely be improved.

“Great fit for light training”
Pros
Whether an LMS works really depends on the situation. For our needs eLeap has been a strong choice for lighter use cases. The interface is clean and simple and the gamification tools are more than enough for tracking basic professional development training. On top of that the customer support has been outstanding.
Cons
Since this is a lighter LMS some feature limitations are expected so I don't really hold that against it. That said even though the interface is simple to use, it could definitely use a more modern look with some polish to make it more appealing for end users.

“scalable features and excellent support”
Pros
Everything our small but expanding company needs is already built in. The live US based support team has been excellent whenever we've needed help. It also includes a built-in eCommerce module and the pricing is very reasonable especially since it can grow along with our customer base.
Cons
There are a few areas where the interface could be improved but nothing major. It also doesn't come with built-in eLearning authoring tools though you can upload course files into eLeap. From what I have been told that may actually be the better approach since it helps keep your course content from being locked into the vendor something that can happen with online authoring tools.

“Provides engaging learning experience”
Pros
The platform fis easy to use so it doesn't take long to get comfortable with it. Plus the mix of learning formats including quizzes and interactive activities, also makes the whole experience more enjoyable and keeps training from feeling repetitive.
Cons
It would be even better if there were a way to add expiry dates to courses, like for first aid training and there's also no option to access content offline.
