Perfect for onboarding

Pros

It works especially well for onboarding new team members. I love that I can add different types of content like videos, texts and exercises and then follow their progress step by step. This flexibility lets me build training programs that fit exactly what we need.

Cons

For me, there isn't much to complain about, though I sometimes wish the design looked a bit more modern, even though it's not something I really need to use it well.

Intuitive and simple, SSO setup needs smoothing though

Pros

What I appreciate most is how easy and simple the platform feels, with just a short introduction, I'm able to create training sessions easily without requiring much additional guidance.

Cons

I feel the SSO connection could be smoother, since right now I still have to create the user manually once before it works properly.

Excellent and inspiring LMS

Pros

I find the layout clear, simple and easy to handle, while still managing to keep all the important training content front and center without unnecessary distractions.

Cons

There's nothing I strongly dislike but I do feel the filter options could be improved a bit so my daily work with the tool would be even faster.

Improved software with new version

Pros

This software has already saved me a lot of effort in different parts of my work. Not every special request has been fulfilled yet but I really appreciate how the whole team works on solutions. They are focused, professional and also very friendly, so I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously and handled with care.

Cons

In the older version, some parts of the user-friendliness weren't as good but I've seen most of these issues already fixed in coordination with customers like me.

The different game options are features I enjoy a lot because they make the courses more dynamic, interactive and engaging for learners, keeping participation levels consistently high.

Cons

Brilliant tool to inspire staff

Pros

For me, learning with this platform is actually fun. Even complicated topics can be taught in a playful way which makes it so much easier for employees to understand and remember. It's especially great for small and medium-sized businesses because it offers good value for money and I've also felt supported personally whenever I needed help.

Cons

I see that the display could be improved a little in the new version but honestly these are only minor details that don't affect me much.

Versatile and easy to set up but small tweaks were needed

Pros

What I like most is the variety of options it offers. No matter what format I want to use, it supports it and it's easy to set up. I also enjoy the different types of interactions it includes.

Cons

Once I figured out how the system works, I didn't really miss anything. It did take me time to move all my content onto the platform but now it makes my work much easier. The design is simple which I usually like but I still think a few small tweaks here and there would make it even better.

Clear and customizable and great for scaling teams

Pros

The tool feels very clear and user-friendly and I really like that it can be customized to fit our own processes. With elearnio, I'm able to scale our sales team much faster and help new colleagues get used to our tools and workflows in a short time. At the same time, I can constantly measure success and keep track of everything in one place which makes my work much easier.

Cons

What stands out is how fast I can develop complete training programs or full learning paths while combining different tools flexibly, or keeping them simple depending on specific needs.

Cons

Pros

I've used it for training employees who have been with the company longer and it works just as well for them. It really makes training feel simple and effective no matter how long someone has been part of the team.

Cons

At times, I find the system too static and it takes me quite a while to get used to it when setting up multiple courses. With more complex courses, I feel the process still takes longer than it should.

Engaging Learning Content

Pros

One feature I find very helpful is the ability to edit videos after uploading them. I can add graphics, notes or even quiz questions which makes the learning process much more interactive. It keeps people more engaged and gives me more creative control over the content.

Cons

I sometimes run into problems that are caused by changes in the system and I feel these kinds of issues should really not be possible in the first place.

Great tool for onboarding

Pros

Our onboarding process used to be messy and very manual but elearnio completely changed the way we do things. Now I can automate the entire onboarding and e-learning process and it comes with features that make tracking trainer activity and progress much easier. It even has a reward system which keeps everyone more motivated to complete their training.

Cons

Some of the trainers I work with have mentioned that creating complex training materials can feel difficult at times which shows there's still room for improvement in usability.

Cons

Faster Employee Learning

Pros

Knowledge is shared in such an interactive way that employees learn faster and ask fewer questions than before. We especially benefit from the interactive videos and as a result we've been able to reduce the number of meetings while still keeping everyone informed.

Cons

Once I started working with the system, I was able to use it quite well but I still look forward to the upcoming updates that will hopefully improve how it handles.
