Pros

Our experience with this software was quite positive. The platform is incredibly user-friendly. It allows us to set up up live sessions and webinars without a hassle for our team of 25. I also like the high quality video and audio capabilities, which plays a crucial role in enhancing our virtual meetings.

Cons

Limited customization options for the user interface and occasional issues with connectivity during peak usage times is something I do not like about this software.
