Pros
I really enjoy being able to build our operating guides with photos and text in one place. Having that option makes it easier to organize everything and share it with the team. It feels very powerful to have it all structured within the same system.
Cons
So far the program has worked excellently for me and I honestly don't have any real cons to mention at this point.

“Simple and User Friendly
Pros
The clean and simple design makes instructions easy to follow and I find the software very user friendly. Even people with little technical knowledge can work with it comfortably.
Cons
I noticed there are limits on the number of pictures I can add and the publishing system feels confusing. Even things like bullets and notes feel a bit restricted which slows me down.

Pros
I've found it easy to quickly create work instructions that others can understand right away. Even without much prior experience, I can put together clear guides that help the team.
Cons
In my experience, I find it frustrating that I can only use a maximum of three pictures per section, as it makes some training materials less detailed than I would like.

Pros
Navigation is smooth and easy and I appreciate how simple it is to set up multiple documents for clients. Being able to share and view them easily saves me time and makes communication more efficient.
Cons
I sometimes wish there were more functions to help me collaborate outside of my team but overall I still find it very easy and enjoyable to use.

“Helps Elevate Workflow
Pros
I find it really helpful that I can easily create and edit documents, let moderators review and suggest changes and then have everything published quickly so my team can use it on the work floor without delay. It keeps everything moving smoothly.
Cons
For me, the more complicated programming tools and coding take a while to get comfortable with and I think adding more user friendly features in the future would really help.

Pros
For me, the biggest advantage is how simple it is to use. I can access controlled documents from anywhere and whenever I need help, the support team is always there which makes the experience stress free.
Cons
I feel like my team and I are really pushing the limits of the data capture feature with our checklists which shows that this part of the software could be made stronger.

The program is very easy to use and I like the clean design that makes everything easy to read. It feels easy without unnecessary clutter.
Cons
We've been using the program for a purpose that's a bit different from what it was originally built for, so some features like controlling what users can see have been tricky. Still, I've found the API flexible and the support staff very helpful in customizing it to our needs.

“Great for work instructions
Pros
I no longer need to struggle with Word formatting or pictures because creating, updating and approving work instructions here is so much easier. The built in version control system is great and gives me peace of mind knowing that everything is properly tracked.
Cons
I see a lot of potential in Dozuki but I get frustrated that I can't mix private and public wikis. It feels limiting because I either have to make everything private or everything public, with no middle ground.

This software saves me a lot of time while still looking professional. I've noticed how easy it is for others to follow along which makes the whole process much smoother for everyone involved.

Pros
I can change, edit, move and copy guides without much effort which makes maintenance simple. The ease of use is one of the main reasons I keep enjoying it.
Cons
Although it is easy to use but I've noticed some minor bugs with loading and lag times. On top of that, I find customer support slower than I'd like when I need help.
