I recently started using Elite Learning with my team and I really love it. The variety of courses is huge and I can choose from so many topics. I also appreciate being able to measure each team member's progress so I know they're meeting their goals. It's a great way to keep everyone accountable and growing.

Up to this point, I haven't faced any issues and I really appreciate how helpful the team is when answering and solving our queries.

I think adding job titles and mapping skills for the team could be made more simple, as that would save time and improve usability.

The team behind this sotware really put in the effort to make this an amazing learning experience and I can see it clearly. The learning tracks are targeted toward different career paths and the knowledge is well curated from the internet, making it easy for me to dive right in and learn what I need without wasting time.

Cons

For me, there isn't really anything to complain about. It's web based, mobile friendly and very well designed which makes it easy to use anywhere.

I like that I can explore other topics or interests outside of the courses assigned by my manager. The content is shown in a fun and engaging way which makes online learning feel less boring and keeps me motivated to continue.

Cons

So far, I haven't come across any issues since I just started using it and I'm still getting familiar with the platform.

Pros

I get to learn simple basics in different areas, which makes it easier for me to understand the tool across multiple topics. It also helps me discover and cover things I didn't know before, giving me more confidence as I continue learning.

Cons

From my experience, the platform mainly offers only basic concept videos and I wish there were more advanced ones included.
