“Quick Support Response”
Pros
The platform makes it simple to provide upskilling for teams since it curates quality educational content across categories. Whenever I reach out with questions, the customer team is quick to respond and helps me out in time.
Cons
Over time, I realized I'll need to keep updating the content to match the latest changes in the industry which adds extra effort.

“Necessary for employees”
Pros
What I really value about Elite is that the courses are personalized and relevant, even for healthcare which is rare. The learning management system itself is strong and easy to navigate and I also benefit from the wide library of updated resources across different industries.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that I can't just add a user as an admin myself. I always have to go through customer service for it which takes extra time.

“Worst experience, wasted my money”
Pros
At first, they seemed helpful but when I actually needed them, the experience was disappointing. Even though I paid for their top tier plan, I was told to create my own curriculum and I eventually stopped because of their misleading whitelabeling promise.
Cons
I was really disappointed with the whitelabeling. The so called custom URL shows their branding more than mine, their ads and colors take over the page and my logo looks tiny. They don't support or publish the whitelabeled app and I even have to pay developer fees myself. To me, it feels misleading compared to what they advertise.
