Pros
We encountered some challenges during the migration from the original Eloomi platform to Eloomi Infinite. However, with the assistance of our dedicated Customer Success Managers, all the issues were resolved, and we are now fully utilizing the platform's advantages.

“simplifies learning
Pros
One thing I really like about Eloomi is how simple the tool is to use, along with how powerful it is when it comes to viewing reports and analytics. Those insights end up being very valuable for the HR department. The learning platform itself is very user friendly and the people using it seem quite happy with the overall experience.
Cons
For medium sized or larger companies that can afford it, the cost may not be a major issue. However, for somewhat smaller businesses, the pricing could feel a bit high.

Pros
It works really well with other software and I like the user interface. Exporting content is not a hassle anymore and the course-building options are also very useful.

“responsive support and helpful team
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the quality of their customer support. The team responds quickly and does their best to assist in every way they can.
Cons
Nothing major but I'd still like to see more flexibility when it comes to customization, although I understand that's something many platforms struggle to offer.

Pros

“GreatLMS with strong support
Pros
Eloomi is user friendly and the platform is easy to use and implement. Also the customer support has been excellent and it is reassuring to see a clear roadmap focused on ongoing improvements.
Cons
Every now and then, there are technical issues and it does not connect particularly well with other e-learning products like SAP SuccessFactors. Even when integration can be done, it tends to become a costly option. There is also no built-in way to measure learning ROI, although that is a fairly common limitation across many LMS platforms.

“well designed platform
Pros
Managing Eloomi is fairly easy day to day especially when it comes to copying existing modules and making edits. That makes a real difference in regular admin work. The way modules and programs are organized is logical and putting together a program is simple. From the learner's side this tool also looks visually polished which helps make navigation across the platform more user friendly.
Cons
One upgrade that would make a huge impact is a proper search function for both administrators and end users, so content inside modules like text and titles can be searched more effectively. Navigation within a program can also be a bit tricky for learners. At times, when working inside a module, the platform sends users back to the dashboard instead of the program index they were previously in which is confusing and wastes time. For test questions, it would also help a lot if answers could be saved before submission so they can be completed over multiple sessions. On top of that end users should be able to review their submitted answers afterward. That would definitely make us as admins more likely to use the test feature more often.

“poor UX and support is absent
Pros
The onboarding and training did provide some value at the beginning but aside from that, the overall experience was disappointing. Looking back, I probably should have researched it more before choosing it.
Cons
The user experience is very badly designed and it doesn't really let end users interact much or choose their own training. On top of that customer service has basically been unavailable in the United States and support being based in another country with a completely different time zone only made things harder.

“goood platform that delivers
Pros
After more than 20 years working in IT and across many different companies, I can honestly say I haven't come across another product this flexible. eloomi stands out because it covers so much in one platform as it works as a learning management system, a performance management system, a marketing tool and even a web portal. There are so many practical ways to use it to support learning, improve performance, promote services and manage different parts of a business.
Cons
My overall impression is very positive because the platform runs the best and the interface is extremely user friendly. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with it either usually around 10 minutes is enough to understand how to use the software.

“costly platform
Pros
Some parts are fairly user friendly but once you need to do anything more advanced, that feeling disappears quickly.
Cons
Pretty much every request comes with an extra charge and that gets expensive fast. The overall experience is not user friendly at all and there are many really many basic things missing that you would expect from a modern LMS. Support is questionable and I would definitely stay away from the managers who claim they want to help because it mostly is like they are after one thing and that is your money. Integration with other systems only happens if it is willing to support it otherwise, it is either very expensive or not possible at all. And if you try to build an integration yourself, don't expect it to work.

“Offer fantastic onboarding support
Pros
This tool is very user friendly and both the setup and rollout were simple to manage. We use it for preboarding and onboarding new colleagues and it has made the whole onboarding process much more automated. Because of that, we can spend more time on personal guidance instead of handling everything manually. We're now also moving forward with using it for training our colleagues.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that you still need to come in with a clear plan of your own. It can definitely support the process but it won't replace having your own vision. It would also be helpful if they shared best practices from some of their top customers.

“nice flow between steps
Pros
Everything connects well and moving from one step to the next is very hassle free.
Cons
One issue that comes up quite often is that the system doesn't always save modules properly, even when I click save which means I sometimes have to build them more than once. I'd also like to have a start date option for processes so they can be assigned ahead of time.

“Has great content tools
Pros
From creating your own material to publishing it in the formats you actually need, Eloomi covers all the important bases. The platform is also very user friendly to move around in and whenever something comes up, the answers are usually easy to find through its self-service resources or their chat support.
Cons
There's nothing significant to complain about but one thing that could be improved is the back log flow. When you go to programs and then open the modules tab, it would be helpful to jump directly into the individual modules from there. That said, you can still access the modules themselves through the learning menu.

“flexible learning setup and support
Pros
Setting up and maintaining the organizational structure is pretty easy and it's simple to tailor how the platform looks and works depending on where it's being used in the organization. The user roles are flexible and it's helpful to benchmark learning as well as goals and results across the company. It also makes upskilling much easier when new competencies are needed. The authoring tool is user friendly and the platform works well not just for end users but for administrators too. Creating blended learning experiences is uncomplicated and the support team has been excellent.
Cons
It's not a major issue but going forward I'd love to see more integration options with a wider range of systems.
