It works especially well for smaller businesses where one administrator can comfortably handle the setup. For larger companies with more than 100 employees though the admin support is really needed to make sure the platform is configured properly and that support is only available on the higher subscription tier.

With the earlier versions it wasn't always clear how to keep our data properly cleansed and maintained so everything stayed current. That said the platform has a strong interface and now there's also a managed service option so as we continue to grow we can either handle administration ourselves through the platform or make use of its managed service expertise.
