“Complete solution with strong analytics

Pros

I really like how easy this platform makes it to run both annual and on-demand training across our entire organization. The reporting and analytics features are super helpful for keeping track of progress. There's alot of training options available and everything from cyber security to HR and business courses, exactly what we need to get the results we want.

Cons

The course content feels outdated since updates don't come around often enough. I also wish there was more back-and-forth communication with clients to get feedback.

“Great Content but Customization Takes Time

The content here is great! It makes sure to include everyone which is something I really appreciate. The instructors really know their stuff and do an awesome job of breaking down complicated topics into simple, practical steps we can use. The programs are engaging and they personalize everything to fit our goals.

Cons

Customizing the training materials takes quite a few months, so we really need to plan for that timeline from the start of the project.

“Easy to Use but Some Topics Feel Rushed

I love how everything is organized. It's really easy to use and each topic gets the right amount of attention and detail which I really appreciate.

Cons

Some topics feel a bit rushed and certain training modules just don't work well with the interactive polling features.

The variety of training courses available is impressive. What I love most is how approachable and quick the support team is. They always get back to me fast and handle all our questions and concerns efficiently which is so important since we get so many different requests from the leadership team.

I haven't found any issues so far . we're pretty happy with how everything's working for us.

I find the content to be practical and it covers all the compliance requirements while helping build a positive work culture, which is awesome.

It is user-friendly. I worked as an administrator for a company course and the interface was interactive. Anytime I needed help, the support team was amazing and they guided me through everything step-by-step. This really helped me stay on track with my project and hit all our deadlines without any issues.

I haven't found anything I dislike or find too complicated yet.

“Easy Training but Lacking Integration Solutions

The training is easy to follow and doesn't feel overwhelming at all. My staff can get through it without feeling bogged down by complicated material.

Cons

The team really struggles with incorporating what we actually need especially with integrations. I've submitted feature requests that would improve the product but it feels like they don't care or even try to offer solutions or workarounds.

“Simple Implementation and great training solution

Pros

I'm really impressed with how simple the implementation process is. Their customer support team is always there when you need them and the integration is smooth with no headaches. They keep updating the courses regularly to keep up with new laws and regulations. This is actually my second time choosing them for our compliance training which speaks volumes about the experience.

Cons

I feel like hosted platform features like course reminders and notifications feel outdated. Enrollment and unenrollment processes aren't as smooth as they could be. I've tried both the SCORM account with the LMS and the hosted platform and honestly, I prefer going the LMS route.

The content library is massive, so I can always find material for whatever training we need. We rely on it for our annual compliance requirements and smaller educational campaigns throughout the year. Their customer service is top-notch too. Whenever I need help, they're just a call away and go above and beyond to find solutions that work for our specific needs. The training materials are really engaging, even when covering dry compliance topics.

Cons

The only downside is that we can't include links in our emails due to security restrictions, which limits the notification features in campaigns. But the team is already aware of this issue and is working on a solution.

The educational content is exactly what we need for our smaller healthcare organization. It's perfect for maintaining compliance and the implementation was super easy. The integration with our existing LMS went smoothly as well.

I just wish there was more content available to choose from.

I love how interactive and engaging the training sessions are. The mix of videos and quizzes keeps me hooked the whole time. One feature I find especially useful is the progress tracker and it shows exactly how much time is left. The quiz results that compare my answers to others in the company are really helpful and give me different perspectives.

Cons

Some of the video content feels outdated and the scenarios don't really match today's workplace situations. The core message still comes through but I think updating these training materials every few years would help keep things fresh.

I've been using this eLearning platform for a while and it's seriously helped improve our workplace culture. The features are great and they really get employees engaged in learning instead of just going through the motions. I love how easy it is to track everyone's progress and see improvements in performance. The content creation tools are flexible and the assessments actually show whether people are learning new skills. It's become a key part of our employee development.

The range of topics covered is amazing, everything from harassment policies to diversity training. It's made managing all of these programs so much easier for our firm since we don't have to juggle different systems anymore.

Cons

Customer support can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes the rep I talk to knows just as much about the issue as I do. I've been told my problem would be escalated but no one ever follows up, which means I usually have to call back to get anywhere.

“Good tool but lacks advanced features

Pros

Learning courses are great for both beginners and those with some experience. The interface is really smooth, nothing too complicated. Plus, the learning badges are a nice little motivator that keeps me going through the material.

Cons

It doesn't have some of the advanced features I was hoping for, like guided learning pathways, drag-and-drop authoring tools, gaming elements and micro-learning capabilities.
