“Great but limited documentation

Pros

Esafety made handling training requirements much easier for me by simplifying the entire process and reducing the effort I needed to put in. The platform is easy to use and the ready to use course library is not only practical but also saves a lot of time, making it a very reliable tool for training management.

Cons

I've noticed the help documentation is very limited and some functions like Alerts aren't explained at all. I also haven't found a way to promote a user to Administrator which makes things harder.

“Comprehensive Safety Training Videos

Pros

I found the videos and tests really helpful for covering safety training needs. The reporting and compliance tools are great, the tests can be customized and the support team has been helpful whenever I needed help adding users or managing courses.

Cons

For me, the lack of mobile compatibility is a drawback because it makes watching videos remotely difficult. I also wish the reports could be customized more to fit different needs.
