From my experience, it doesn't keep pace with the center's evolving needs as technology advances and as work practices and societal expectations shift, so we often need features or adaptations that aren't available.

Using the platform, I find its interface really easy and simple to navigate and I genuinely appreciate the support team because they help me clear up any doubts or solve incidents that come up during processes.

Cons

I'd like some input validation when entering personal details for students and parents, so if something isn't entered correctly the system warns me, for instance with postal codes or passport numbers which would avoid later headaches.

As a result, both teaching staff and tutors are able to provide more personalized and proactive attention and on top of that the way schedules, assessments and academic documentation are handled feels much more simple and easy which ultimately lets us devote more of our time to what truly matters, teaching and accompanying students through their learning and professional development.

We honestly can't point to any real drawbacks whenever we've had a doubt or needed to ask something about the program their team has been at our disposal almost immediately, responding promptly and helping us resolve any issues so efficiently that it's hard to list any negative aspects.
