“game-changer for my online courses

Pros

Esmerise has been an absolute game changer for my Advanced Study Method course. Before I discovered it, I tried three well-known American platforms but none of them were as efficient and reliable as this one. it has everything I need to run my digital products smoothly and the customer support is top-notch. Plus I really appreciate how the automatic invoicing feature is tailored to fit the Italian tax system. Other platforms often overlook that but it made sure it's all set up perfectly. I am beyond happy with my decision especially because my students now have everything they need in one place to help them study effectively ??.

honestly.. nothing to complain about so far. If I really had to nitpick, there are some bugs every now and then but they get fixed quickly. Plus I understand it happens since the platform is always improving.

After trying five different platforms for my online courses, I was really about to give up. But then, I luckily stumbled upon it and I am so glad I did! What really sets it apart from the others is how interactive and simple the platform is to use. It's honestly easy to use and the best part is the customer support. they are always available to help...whether through chat or email and they respond super quickly. No matter what issue I run into, I get immediate solutions. Its like having a personal support team that's always on top of things.

I was really impressed with this tool. its so easy to use and it lets me interact with my students in ways I could not on other platforms. The forums and group chats are amazing for engagement...something I didn't even have on Teachable. I didn't expect to find such an easy-to-use platform with so many great interaction features. It really made a difference in the way I connect with my students.

Its basically Italy's version of some of the foreign software options and it's been designed by a team of young, skilled and innovative people. The customer service is always quick and they know exactly what they are doing. the platform itself is super user-friendly and it integrates well with other platforms like Vimeo, as well as my personal website. the best part is that it lets me focus on creating my product while they handle the tech side of things. I am really glad I found them!

Occasionally, the system slows down because of the cache but all I have to do is refresh the page and it's good to go again.

it is super easy to use! It was a piece of cake to figure out and compared to other platforms, this ease of use is such a huge advantage especially for people like me who plan to use it frequently for my work. The design is very pleasant and everything is neatly organized. one of the best features is the ability to create a sales page..it's a total game-changer. the forum is also such a great space for interaction. Plus customer support is super fast and always gets the job done making the whole experience smooth.

Cons

there are a few small bugs here and there but for the text content, it would be great to have a few more options like being able to justify text or change the font size.

I had my first experience with online courses on it and I was absolutely satisfied from the get-go. First of all, it is so easy to use and I was especially happy with the fantastic support provided in Italian. The fact that I can get fast answers to my questions through WhatsApp chat has been a lifesaver. The support team is always clear, kind and super helpful. Even though I am a total beginner, I found the platform easy to use and it looks great too! the option to create multiple academies is a great feature and the chat and forum for users are really helpful. I also love the idea of rewarding students with points they can redeem for prizes or bonuses, it adds a fun incentive!

Cons

I'd love to see more options for payments and billing. that would make it even better.

the ease of setting everything up is one of the biggest pluses for me. Plus I really appreciate how the team is always there to help with integrating new features. It makes the whole process smooth.
