“Top-notch training that's engaging too

Pros

Setting up this platform was very easy, even for our remote team spread across different states. We had everything up and running really quickly! What stood out to me was how well the content is written. I mean, compliance can be dry but it doesn't have to sound like a legal textbook. This platform does a great job breaking down tough topics into easy-to-understand and even engaging language. Honestly, it makes compliance feel a little less like a chore.

Cons

The pricing setup isn't the best for smaller businesses but it's not really a dealbreaker for me.

The content really grabs your attention with its mix of media. I love how it tests what I've learned and gives feedback that actually connects to the material, so it feels like I'm really making progress.

Cons

Umm the ability to add my own custom content alongside their material could be improved. It's tough to mix and match and sometimes their attempts to make things engaging with all these metaphors and fun elements just distract me from what I'm actually trying to learn. Honestly, simpler would work better here.

“Great Educational Platform

Pros

Rolling this out across our team was easy. It does an excellent job tracking who's completed their training and flags anyone who needs a little nudge to finish theirs. Our HR team stays on top of compliance which is a big deal for us. And the support team? They're amazing and super quick to respond and always fix things. I'm really impressed with how everything works so well together.

I've been using this for a year now and I've got no complaints.

“Good solution for compliance training

Pros

Content feels fresh and up-to-date, no more dragging through those outdated harassment training videos. What I really love is that the scenarios are based on situations we face at work every day. The different types of media definitely keep everyone engaged, so no one's zoning out. Getting everything set up was way easier than I expected too. Once we had the platform running, assigning courses and managing everything became easy. Plus, their team has been awesome about inviting us to test new features.

Cons

Some customization options come with extra fees which is annoying when all I want to do is add my company name to basic stuff.

The team behind this platform is incredibly flexible and actually listens to our feedback, making changes fast. What really helped us roll this out smoothly was how affordable it is and how easy it was to get in touch with their knowledgeable reps. Users can find what they need without getting lost in the interface which has been a huge plus. Their customer service stands out and we have regular check-ins to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Cons

The reporting options feel pretty limited right now. I really wish I could create my own custom reports. There's no way to restrict permissions for different roles or track what users are doing which would be super helpful for admins. I'd love to know if people are actually watching training videos or just fast-forwarding through them. Also, we're still waiting on that Ethena/Vanta integration that was supposed to launch in July 2024 and it's getting frustrating since we need it to have a complete view of our compliance program and reporting.

“Works well but has space to improve

Pros

We've been using tit for a couple of years now and it's made what used to be a super complicated process way easier. The training modules are great, tracking is smooth and case management with different access levels is awesome. My favorite part is being able to communicate with people who've made anonymous reports if they want to get updates. That's been a game changer for us. What really sets this tool apart, though, is their willingness to adjust training when it's not quite hitting the mark (though that doesn't happen often). Two of our team members gave feedback and the response was amazing each time. Our account rep, Erik has been fantastic at getting us exactly what we need.

Cons

At first, it was impossible to add individual employees to recurring training sessions. We had to do CSV uploads instead but thankfully they fixed that now.

Pros

The integration went very smoothly and I love how simple the reporting features are. Setting up course assignments and automated reminder emails couldn't be easier. The content feels fresh and relevant. What really stood out, though was the team and they were fantastic partners throughout our transition. They were patient and made sure our data migration was perfect which was so important for our audit needs.

Cons

The training resources feel a bit limited right now, so I'm hoping they'll add more options soon.

Pros

I've been really impressed with how this platform has breathed new life into training content that, to be honest, had felt stale and boring for too long. The real-life scenarios and character-driven stories make everything much more engaging and relatable.

Cons

After using this as an admin for two years, I honestly haven't come across anything to complain about.
