“Strong Employee Support

Pros

All the features needed to support employee development are included. I like that new functions are added based on customer needs which shows they listen to feedback. It makes me feel supported and I know the tool will keep improving with time.

Cons

At first the software didn't feel very simple. I needed some time to adjust before I could use it comfortably.
