“Helpful for Staff Training

Pros

It is very simple to operate and I don't need to spend much time training new employees. I find it helpful as a tool for uploading information and it also allows me to create follow up questions for employees with ease. The reports are simple to maintain and they make follow up at the local level very easy. Evercate has proven to be an excellent tool for spreading knowledge online and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Cons

I think it would be useful to have more features around numbers and statistics. From my conversation with the support team, I learned they already have a roadmap for adding new functions which is promising. What feels even more challenging is getting employees engaged in training, so finding the right incentives might make the biggest difference.
