I have had an extremely negative experience with this software. I strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs.
Cons
The performance of Evolve, a psych EHR, is extremely poor, with frequent freezing and slow response times. It is poorly developed and poses risks to patient care.

“Nice People, Terrible Software, and Dwindling Customer Service

I am not satisfied at all and have nothing positive to say.
Cons
The system is not ready for use and still needs a lot of development. It is far from user-friendly. Two years into this project, we are finally prepared to load a large volume of courses, but I am not confident enough to launch a major marketing campaign. We did a "soft launch," enrolled a few students and encountered numerous problems. Since this is a small community, a buggy system could harm our reputation. We struggle with basic customizations; for example, users cannot select their profession from a list during the e-commerce checkout, and students cannot manage their own profiles. These are basic features usually available in any e-commerce system. The LMS dashboard either lacks functionality or displays confusing elements, like the "Html Module." Additionally, the available documentation is minimal and somewhat unclear.

“It is easy to register new users, but a bit convoluted to run reports. Content is good.
Pros
Registering new users and tracking employee progress on their modules is pretty easy, but there are many features I did like to explore and use that are currently grayed out, particularly when it comes to generating reports.
Cons
I wish I could export more than just certificates. I did like to export data showing which courses employees still need to complete, which departments have finished their training and so on. Currently, I can only export certificates and then create my own tracking sheets by department, name and training module. If it is possible, I did also like to register students for specific classes directly when they get locked out rather than having to contact your support staff.

Pros
This is my first time managing an LMS, and it's been a great experience so far. I have seen others struggle with their systems, so I am really glad we chose you as our vendor. And the customer service is AMAZING!

“More Bumps in the Road this Year Compared to Last Year

The courses are of high quality, adding students is simple and the reports are easy to understand when they work correctly. Wendy is always very responsive.
Cons
Wendy has been fantastic, working patiently with us to set up our OSHA courses and arrange HIPAA training for students. However, after setting up these courses and enrolling students in late spring, the developers introduced errors. We discovered weeks later that some students were not registered for their correct courses. This has been a major headache for us administrators and for the students. Additionally, we have experienced issues with viewing student data on the reports.

Pros
I want to highlight that their support contact is very responsive and quick to assist.
Cons
I was not sure if I was making a mistake, but it seems there are glitches on Evolves end. I am dealing with inaccurate reporting, and the course statuses (completed or not) are incorrect.
