Pros

Exact Learning Solutions has excellent customer service and an efficient repository for documents and learning objects. I could clearly see the difference in content organization after using Exact LCMS. It saves me a lot of effort because I don't have to dig around for files anymore and the support team is always responsive when I need help.

Cons

Some of the authoring tool functions were hard for me to grasp and took time to get used to. Luckily, the support team at Exact was always very helpful, so I was able to resolve my issues whenever they came up.
