“Amazing support and content organization”
Pros
This software delivers truly outstanding customer service and the repository for documentation and learning objects is very efficient. The improvement in how our content was organized after moving to the exact LCMS was immediately noticeable.
Cons
A few features in the authoring tools are not very accessible at first and take some time to learn. Thankfully the support team is extremely helpful so we were always able to work through any issues that came up.
