Pros

Designing exams is smooth, administering them is simple, and the open REST API allows us to automate scheduling for our certification exams.

Cons

I'd like an option to add time to ongoing tests for multiple students/test-takers at once (i.e., bulk time addition). Also, when editing exams, for multiple-choice questions, there is no way to increase the number of possible answers (e.g. from 4 to 5). I have to create a new question and delete the old one.
