The variety of question formats and test-taking options makes it possible to build precise, well-targeted recruitment evaluations. It's also possible to customize every element, from the questionnaire to the invitation email so everything matches the client's branding. On top of that, the results are simple to use and analyze.

It's an e-learning platform that really helps people build their knowledge over time. The category and tagging systems are especially useful for assessing which skills have already been acquired and which ones still need more work. Overall, it's a very powerful tool and it makes it possible to adjust questionnaires individually as learning progresses.
Cons
The only real downside is the handling of fonts and text styles when creating questions.
