“Fantastic LMS Platform”
Pros
ExpertLMS feels like a fantastic platform to me. A whole suite of compliance courses is already there at no extra cost and I find it simple to build engaging content with the course builder tools. The Feeds feature helps me keep in touch with staff across different branches so everyone stays updated.
Cons
Anything I didn't quite like or that didn't work as expected has usually been fixed. The team listens and makes changes where possible which makes using the platform easier.

“Useful for designing career paths”
Pros
Being able to design career paths and brand them has been really useful. I also got great support when I first came on board which made the transition smooth.
Cons
Some courses feel a bit too word heavy, like the sexual harassment course. I think adding more videos, examples or questions would make them more engaging.

What I really noticed is the excellent customer service. Whenever I reached out, I felt the team was responsive and supportive.
Cons
I noticed some compliance modules were missing, like Fire Marshall and a detailed Legionnaires Disease module, though overall I'm happy with the modules available.
