Pros

I find the gamification aspect and the ability for management to assign courses extremely valuable. It's great to track the progress of users when assigning items to them.

Cons

I am unable to locate the searchable catalogs feature, and there are limitations with API integration and integration with Active Directory. These elements are crucial for seamlessly migrating our existing information to the software.
