Pros
The ongoing support I receive from the Catholic Faith Technologies/FACTS team has been very helpful. Interacting with the support staff and having technical help available whenever I need it makes my work easier and I've truly enjoyed the experience.
Cons
I wish course pages could be updated instantly rather than having to edit PDFs and upload them again. With Google Sites, I could make real-time edits and publish right away and that flexibility would be helpful here too.
